Michael-I'd love to speak with you and will be sending you an email-I am writing a book on a former Speedboy, Win Noyes that will be published early next year (2014). He played in 1911 for a 'cup o' coffee' before being traded/released/waived to the San Francisco Seals of the PCL. Any photos of Win/Wynne from that time and the team/stadium would be helpful if you could acquire it for me. Fantastic site and excellent work! Thank you!

Glad to see a site devoted to baseball in Ottumwa. I was involved with Ottumwa Babe Ruth baseball league for 20 years. Had listened to stories
about ties to professional baseball in the town early in the Century, but didn't get much chance to research.
